For businesses

Feedback you
can act on.

Bring a page, an image or a PDF into one review. Everyone points at the same detail, and the decision stays with the version it was made on.

Free during the beta. You can sign up before you have a page to review.

A page with a feedback pin, held in one shared view

Start
before launch.

Sign up today; bring the work when it exists.

  • No page needed to start

Create your account and a project first. Add work whenever it is ready.

  • Websites, images and PDFs

Capture a public web page, or upload an image or a PDF.

  • Organized by project

Projects keep related pages, files and their versions together.

A browser window being captured into a review

Ask the
right people.

Share with the people you choose, or open a request to reviewers.

  • Clients and teammates

Private reviews need access; public links open for anyone who has them.

  • Choose who can comment

Opening and commenting are separate, so a link can be read-only.

  • Ask the community

Post a public request, and reviewers with an account can join it from Browse.

Two conversation panels about one shared detail

Decide
with the record.

The work changes. What was decided, and on which version, does not.

  • Versions as drafts

A new capture arrives as a draft; publish it when it is ready.

  • Decisions on record

Resolve, reopen and approve against the release that was reviewed.

  • Take it with you

Export a review with its threads when you need it elsewhere.

How it works

  1. Create your account

Your name, your business and an email address. No URL required.

  2. Add your work

Capture a page, or upload an image or a PDF, when you are ready.

  3. Share and decide

Send a link or open a request, then decide with the feedback in place.

Questions from businesses.

Do I need a website to sign up?

No. Create your account and a project first; add a page, an image or a PDF when the work is ready.

What can my team review?

Public web pages are captured as saved releases. Images and PDFs are uploaded. A saved release never changes the live website.

Who can see the work?

You choose for each review link: private reviews need access, public links open for anyone who has them, and commenting is a separate switch.

What does it cost?

Velo is free during the beta. Paid plans are not published; the pricing page records what is available today.
