Keep the note beside the page.

A campaign image or brand guideline deserves more than a disconnected comment. Review the uploaded material, name the page or region, and keep later versions with the same document.

Layered document pages with a feedback point on the front page

Set it up in Velo.

  1. Bring the actual material

Upload an image or PDF you have authority to share. Review uses immutable image representations or sanitized PDF pages; processing can fail, so inspect the result before inviting anyone.

  2. Point to a page or region

Place feedback on the image region or PDF page it describes. Keep replies and responsibility in the thread, with commenting available only to authorized reviewers.

  3. Keep the versions together

Upload the next version into the same document. Inspect the draft before publication; publishing makes it current without rewriting the original release evidence.

What to know before you start

Velo is a review surface, not an editor for the source document. Sanitization and rendering determine what reviewers see; inspect PDF pages and image details rather than assuming all original behavior is preserved.

Version and pin evidence does not establish a general pixel-perfect document diff. Review links retain their existing access, verification, expiry, and revocation boundaries.

Give the next review a clear place to land.
