Give each project its own room.

Keep a client’s website, campaign images, and guidelines together. Give reviewers the work they need to see without opening the rest of the agency workspace.

Two connected voices and participants around a shared conversation

Related work together. Access kept deliberate.

Open your projects

Opens workspace admission. Existing sign-in, organization, and project permissions still apply; no example project is created.

Set it up in Velo.

  1. Organize by project

Create a project where your permissions allow and add the relevant review documents. Organization and project roles determine who may see or change the work.

  2. Work through each conversation

Open the relevant document to see pinned feedback in context. Reply, assign, resolve, or reopen according to your current role; sharing one review does not grant workspace membership.

  3. Keep the record with the work

Inspect version history and immutable release evidence. Where a decision is needed, use the requested-release approval workflow rather than treating a resolved thread as client sign-off.

What to know before you start

A project is not an unrestricted client portal. Scoped guest access, member permissions, verification, expiry, and revocation continue to control what each reviewer can do.

The illustration is a conversation concept, not evidence of cross-project coordination features.

Planned, not available here

An all-workspace inbox, global activity, and project archive/restore are follow-on contracts, not shipped capabilities described by this page.

New feedback requests, opt-in reviewer and business profiles, and reciprocal ratings are separate from ordinary review sharing. Their admission, visibility, moderation, and delivery rules remain future scope; this is not a public marketplace.
